Well, I suppose Kate Moss doesn't... but most of us do.

So here's 5 tips to help you do it...

TIP 1
Ditch The Starch

Starches, such as rice, potatoes, some veggies, oats, etc. are often considered "health foods."

While they can be healthy, they can also pack on stomach bodyfat like crazy if you overdo them.

As you may know, my "Every Other Day Diet" System (EODD) actually encourages you to eat starches and even sweets several days a week to get rid of excess weight:

Well... how does THAT work?

Simple: Timing is everything.

And we take a "weekly" approach to foods rather than a daily approach. This keeps your metabolism guessing. If your body cannot figure out what you're up to, fatburning is that much more powerful. And you can get by with eating starches... at least a specific times on specific days.

But if you're not going to do EODD, then you'll have to wing it. And the best way to wing it is to simply cut starches out entirely for 4-8 weeks. Then slowly add them back a few days per week.

This is no where near as effective (or as fun) as the EODD method, but it will get you pointed in the right direction.

TIP 2
Can The Sodas

This one is really hard for me. I've been hooked on diet-soda on and off for years. When I go to get into top shape (like I am now) I have to get rid of the diet-sodas... yes, DIET-sodas. Need I say "real" sodas too? They are loaded with sugar.

Why diet-sodas? A recent study revealed that people who drank diet-sodas actually increased bodyfat when compared to those who drank sugar-sodas. What the... ??

Yep. Your body cannot be fooled by aspartame and chemicals. Sorry, but that's the truth.

Here's a personal story: When I cut out the diet-sodas my bodyfat drops like a rock in a pond of clear water.

And that's what you need to be drinking: A quart of pure water per 50 lbs of bodyweight a day.

I mix it with lemon and a bit of Stevia (an herbal sweetener) and make lemonade. It's wonderful!

TIP 3
Stay Hungry

Arnold's first movie was "Stay Hungry" (well, after "Pumping Iron" that is). You cannot rest on your butt and stay hungry. You cannot think you've "arrived" and stay hungry.

It takes a special person to be hungry... and an even greater one to stay that way.

I want you to stay hungry in two ways: In how you workout and literally... stay a bit hungry before you go to bed. Not "starving"... just a bit hungry.

For your workouts, I have a great solution. You see, progression -- "forced" progression -- is the best way to stay hungry. 7 Minute Body forces you to progress without thinking about it. Progression is built into the System.

As far as staying hungry at night? Check with your doctor and if he/she okays it take 500mg of potassium and 1000mg of magnesium/calcium a few hours prior to bed. This helps with the hunger pangs. Also, keep hard-boiled eggs in the fridge. If you get really hungry, eat one with half the yolk (toss the other half.) It keeps me full for an hour at least.

TIP 4
Cardio Clarity

Hours and hours of cardio a day is not the answer. However, you can do "light" cardio (i.e. brisk walking, or riding the bike at 60% of your max) just to burn off calories. That's okay... and personally I don't find it that boring if I'm watching a TV show. It does not interfere with my main fatloss exercise (weight training... YES!) and it burns off about 400 calories an hour.

TIP 5
Get Raw At Night

Raw veggies with your last meal and as a snack will really help your fatburning along. I started with red peppers because they're sweet. Now I eat virtually every veggie raw at night without thinking about it. Give this a shot. The fatloss is well worth it.

Diets Fail YOU... You Do Not "Fail" Them!

And there are three reasons dietplans fail you:

1. They are too strict
2. They do not have set "goal-points"
3. They do not vary the calories and nutrients

Let's take these in order. Afterwards you will know exactly why your dietplan may be failing you.

This is essential information to know AND to embrace.

Without embracing it you will go on a needless guilt-trip.

You may never break free of the yo-yo fatloss cycle... so listen up.

Ready?

First, your dietplan cannot be too strict.

When you tell yourself "no" all the time, what do you think your brain tells your body?

"NO!"

Listen to this fact:

"No" is the word we hear most often between the time we are born and the age of 7.

These are the brain's formative years.

"No" is such a negative word that you have unknowingly created an 'anchor' to the word "no".

An anchor is something that triggers an old memory.

You know... like an old song that takes you back to high school...

... or a scent that reminds you of a lover or friend.

But this "no" anchor brings to mind pain, depravation, and not getting what you want.

Re-read that last one:

Not getting what you want... just like when you were 5... and you rebel!

In short, "no" to your brain signals, "I'm a child and I have no freedom."

Now do you see why saying "no" all the time is such a disaster for a dietplan?

You are reinforcing an old anchor and it is fighting against you.

You rebel against the dietplan -- not because you are "lazy" or "lack discipline" but because you desire freedom.

So you need an excelent dietplan built around saying "yes" to this diet plan... and built around freedom.

4 Great Tips on How to Build Chest Muscle Fast

1) Identify the best chest exercises.

You want to use a variety of chest exercises to make sure you're working all of the muscles from different angles. For example here's a few to include:

- Incline dumbbell press
- Flat dumbbell press
- Incline dumbbell fly

Obviously you also have the bench press, but don't over-do one exercise!

2) Near-failure is success!

Knowing your limit is one step closer to knowing how to build chest muscles. To get the best results, you have to go until you can just barely make another rep. This thoroughly breaks down the muscle fibers

, so when they rebuild in your rest periods they will rebuild bigger and stronger than before. Each week strive to add a few pounds, or at least 1 rep at the same weight.

3) Get lots of rest!

Putting in time at the gym is great, but make sure you get plenty of sleep too. Your muscles rebuild while you're resting, such as sleeping or taking a day off. Listen to your body- it knows how to build chest muscles, so let it and take a nap!

4) Follow a proper nutrition plan.

What's this mean? One thing is to eat about 5-6 times a day, rather than 2-3. This will let you intake more food, which your muscles need to rebuild (especially protein). Don't eat a bunch of junk! Focus on protein (with some fat is best), fruits and vegetables. Too many refined carbs like bread, cookies, and beer can slow your progress.

Are Low Carb Diets Good or Bad for Weight Loss Success?

Everybody has heard of “low carb" diets -- since they are emerging as the newest trend in dieting.

But do they really work? ...And if so, are they the solution to weight loss that everybody is looking for?

We don’t think so, because most low carb diets have several problems which make losing weight very difficult for the “average” dieter.

For example, if you follow the Atkins diet (a popular low carb program) then the restriction on carbs for the first couple weeks is very severe (by almost any standards).

The Atkins program allows just 20 grams of "net carbs" per day during the first phase of the diet (which usually lasts for 2 weeks).

Just to give you an idea of how few carbs that really is – even a large apple has more than 20 grams of "net carbs".

This low level of carbs is often too severe for the “average” dieter to tolerate for 2 weeks straight, and in fact eating such a low level of carbs can make a person feel “weak” and “miserable” all day long (because your body needs more carbs than that for energy).

Other low carb diets (such as the South Beach Diet) are not quite as severe as the Atkins Plan, but in our opinion even the South Beach Diet is not as easy to follow as it could be.

We believe that a successful diet needs to be easy to follow – because that’s the only way that people will stick to the diet and lose weight.

We believe that diets should not make average people feel “miserable” and “weak” all day long, because if a diet makes people feel miserable and weak then it’s going to be very difficult for average dieters to adhere to such programs.

We’re not saying that all low carb diets are as restrictive as the Atkins Diet is, but we're saying that most low carb diets are so hard to follow that “average dieters” will probably wind up feeling hungry and weak all day long (which is not a good thing for dieting success in our opinion).

We believe that “low carbs” is not the answer to losing weight, since your body needs a reasonable amount of all 3 types of calories to lose weight consistently (protein, carbs, and fat).

The truth is that your body needs a reasonable amount of protein, carbs and fat calories too.

To lose weight quickly you must eat all 3 types of calories in the right proportions, and that’s why most dieters fail. They fail because nobody knows what the right proportions of calories should be.
